Q: Where is your company located?
A: Our main office is in London, United Kingdom. Rackets Tour has international warehouses based in Asia, America and Europe. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will be dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible, although the majority of stock is located in asia so you may receive different packages for the same order. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.
Q: Do you have any retail locations?
A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefront ( rent, insurance, staff) we currently only have an online store. You can safely and easily place your order directly online.
Q: What payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and Paypal payment.
Q: How long my order takes to arrive?
A: After your order has been processed, please allow 10/12 business days to arrive (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with you tracking number once your package has been sent. (However please make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster , safer delivery!).Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on his way.
Q: How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to the minute location information.
Q: Defective product?
A: If a product received has manufactoring defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item.
